Data Processing methods and place
The Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

The information systems and software procedures for this website’s operation acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of Internet.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons concerned, but, because of their own nature, through their processing and association with other data, could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and IT environment of the user.

- obtain the cancellation, the conversion into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including those data whose storage is unnecessary in relation to the scope of the processing, or of data processed under consent, in case of withdrawal of the same;
- obtain the certification that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention, also with regards to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or widespread, except where it is impossible or manifestly disproportionate in relation to the protected right;
- obtain the limitation of processing;
- obtain the portability of data;
- oppose, for reasons connected with their particular situation, to the processing of personal data pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, of the GDPR;
- oppose the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
